About Auger Pad

Clearing a week's flute for extra income so costs exit as chips.

Auger Pad is an independent editorial project named for the wood-boring auger whose helix clears chips through an open flute. The library uses that shop practice to talk about leftover hours, rates after cost chips, and weekly depth marks around extra work. It is not a shop, not a course, and not an adviser.

How topics are chosen

Pages begin from a path problem: hours with a clogged flute, a rate that ignored heat from fees, a week with no depth mark, an offer that drove a full load into an uncleared channel. If a piece would need an invented figure or a guess about the reader, it is not written.

How sources are cited

Named researchers sit next to the finding. Opt-in samples, platform funding, later revisions and local studies are flagged in the same paragraph.

What Auger Pad does not do

Auger Pad does not give financial, tax or legal advice, does not review individual offers, does not promise earnings, and does not publish testimonials. The site is not for people under 18.

How we advertise

Ads do not presume the hours, income or motive of anyone who sees them. The destination matches the ad: educational notes, not a checkout, not a testimonial.
